Madhuri Dixit
Madhuri dixit is an acclaimed Indian actress, known for parts in the film Hum Aapke Koun. She began her career in the 80s before coming to prominence with her performance in Tezaab, a film where she starred alongside an established actor Anil Kapoor. The next film she appeared in was Dil where she was on screen with Aamir. A middle-class family was raised in Mumbai she started learning dance from a very young age. She ventured into acting as an infant and was struggling through a couple of years since the majority of her first films were flops. The actress gained fame and was one of India's top film actresses. Following her wedding was over, she took a few months off from acting prior to returning. Recently, she had a major role to play as a character in Gulaab Gang a movie about the struggle of Indian women. Dixit received fifteen Filmfare Awards nominations, of which eight she won. Padma Shri - the fourth most highly regarded civilian award in India - was given to Dixit. In addition, she is acknowledged for her work in the field of charity.
